Hight density foam:D40-45 for cushion.D25-D30 for back &arm.

UKFR foam (BS 5852) and USA 117 fire retardant foam available. 

It is the loose poly foam inside the small cushion.

1. 3.    LEATHER CUTTING& STITCHING: 

good quality leather / pvc as strictly selected and carefully cutting. 

Very professional and careful stitching to be the sofa cover. 

Different kinds of leather ,genuine or artifical leather ,import top grain leather or

chinese leather ,and different kinds of color are available.

1. 4.    UPHOLSTER : 

very important last step , to upholster the leather cover on the wood frame which is 

already glued with foam and upholster the back or small cushion.
