crafted with care and thoroughly inspected before delivery. However, if you face any issues,

please read our return and refund guidelines below:


✅ Returns & Replacements

 Eligible Returns: Returns are accepted only if:

o The product is damaged.

o The item received is defective or different from what was ordered

o You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof

 Non-Returnable Items:

o Custom-made or personalized furniture

o Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or self-assembly issues

o Items returned without original packaging or invoice

 Return Process:

of delivery.

2. Share order ID, issue details, and pictures/videos

3. Our team will review and guide you through the return steps


 Refunds


 Refund Approval: Once the return is approved and received in original condition, we

will initiate your refund.

 Refund Timeline: Within 7-10 working days via the original payment method

 Partial Refunds may apply if the product is not returned in its original packaging or

shows signs of use


Exchange Policy

 We allow exchanges in case of size or design issues (only for standard catalogue

items, not custom pieces), subject to availability and courier charges.


Order Cancellations

 Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

 Custom orders or items already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
